I have a RCA J27332 tv that automatically comes up on channel 3 and I need it to come up on channel 4 to work with our cable box and remote. I have tried to make the change in the tv setup area from 3 to 4 and have saved the change. It shows the change after turning it off and back on. But the tv continues to come on to channel 3!! What am I doing wrong? HELP
