TruFlat Model#27F522T. The T.V. is in standby with...

TruFlat Model#27F522T. The T.V. is in standby with the red light on. I turn on the tv and the blue screen slides open to the outside edge and the blue screen closes right away and shuts off the tv time after time. I unplugged the tv to reset it for a day. Still does the same thing. Help
