Question About RCA Universal Remote rcr812

I lost my user guide/manual to program my JVC tv to it... the batteries needed to be replaced and I forgot you had to reprogram the darn thing. So if you could send me the manual or code and what i'm supposed to push :) Thank you for your time and help. Amy
