Please help find the manual for this RCA Multimedia Remote Control...

ITS THE UNIVERSAL RCA DIRECT TV REMOTE ALL THE BUTTONS ARE BLUE. NO RED ONES. I NEED THE WAY TO PROGRAM IT. IVE TRIED THE AUTO SEARCH INSTRUCTIONS OFF THE INTERNET AND THAT DIDNT WORK
