I put a tape in to test the surround sound and now the tape won't come out and the VCR won't do anything? The timer seems to be set and we can't figure out how to delete whatever has been set on the timer. We got this from a previous owner who had set the timer. We do not have a remote, so we do not know how to get the menu to come up? We also need a manual.
