i have an RCA VR502 (Canadian) VCR recorder and a RCA remote.that was working until went somewhere and changed something that had to do with the remote device and it no longer refuses to work. Tough lesson to have to learn when there was a show on at 4 in the morning I wanted to record. It says "on screen program' but it can't be done, I guess, without a remote. PLEASE HELP. Kerry.
