Question About Regency Universal Remote FireGenie
I can turn my fireplace on or off with the FireGen...

I can turn my fireplace on or off with the FireGenie remote control; however I can not adjust the flame height (+ or -) with the remote. Am I supposed to be able to do that remotely?
