i just bought a vehicle with the ceiling video system in place . When I put the dvd in it spits it out. Can not get it to play dvds

0 I have just bought a zafira 06 it has a dvd player in the roof ,rosen is the make . But i dont know which one it is . I have no manual for it , no head phones and no remote. I have tried to get it to work through the fm stereo but have no luck . There is a picture but no sound . Please can u help . It looks most like the a7 .
