Question About RTI Universal Remote T2-C
remote lock up...

My remote will lock up. I replaced the battery to ensure a full charge. Same issue. When I move the re-set switch it does not seem to fully boot up - the bar on the screen only moves 1/3 of the way. Ideas ?
