My Remote control for Samsung blu Ray player BD-E5...

My Remote control for Samsung blu Ray player BD-E5700 doesn't work, don't know why. I haven't drop it or anything, I even changed the batteries but still doesn't work. The device without a remote control is really difficult to manage.
