Newly purchased HD Blue Ray DVD isn't working. Normal dvd's work. Blue Ray shows message that it needs a soft cloth cleaning. It's just been opened and did not have any scratches on it. Put another HD BR in that's been viewed but it also failed to work. Have techs advice to get a USB but all programs offered on Samsung have malicious threats. I really want to watch this movie. Suggestions on repair?
