0 WHY ARE THEY HIDING THIS USER GUIDE FROM THE CUSTOMER SAMSUNG ACTS LIKE THEY NEVER EVEN PRODUCED THAT MODEL AND TWC ACTS STUPIDLY SURPRISED THAT U CANT GET A MANUAL WHAT IS GOING ON HERE REALLY WITH THIS UNIT????????
