How do I connect the cables on my Samsung TX-P3271...

How do I connect the cables on my Samsung TX-P3271H TV to receive all my channels? I've done the live chat on the samsung website 4 or 5 times already and still only receive channels 2-22 basically. I should have right around 100 channels. Please help!
