No remote,wont go past chnl 13 can not get main me...

No remote,wont go past chnl 13 can not get main menu; may have parental lock How can you "Auto Program" w/o a remote or pull up a Menu that offers more than TV quality? Personally, I believe it has had "Parental Lock" How can you cancel w/o remote?
