I have a problem with my samsung (DVD-VR350) when ...

I have a problem with my samsung (DVD-VR350) when trying to transfer my VHS tapes unto my DVD-R is there other DVD's that I should be using? It just wont transfer. it starts for 10 seconds then gives me an error message then it stops. Awaiting solutions on this matter. Please HELP! Thank You

0 same problem with mine.. I spoke to Samsung and they told me to go into Menu and select Dubbing... well... there is no Dubbing option in menu... they said they would call back... still waiting!!
