My Samsung Combo VCR DVD player has a problem. When I play a VHS tape you cannot see the picture but you can her the audio. When I play a DVD everything is fine. What can the problem be with the VCR?

0 I'm having the same problem. I have used the DVD player a lot but probably only played a vhs movie 5-10 times before today and it is now not working. The blue menu shows up and then it starts tracking.. all you get is light static, though the audio sounds fine. Seems like the same thing going on, did you ever get it fixed? Thanks, Sean
