Question About Samsung DVD VCR Combo V8500
player will not turn on...

our v8500 dvd/vcr combo won't cut back on and it is less than 6 months old. i unplugged it trying to reset it and plugged it back up, but nothing. is there a way to reboot the player? thanks linda
