Question About Samsung DVR SPR-9816
9816 16 ch dvr also known (i think!) as 16 ch mpeg4 dvr...

Can anyone help My survelance dvr has gone int alarm mode becouse of video loss (all the cameras have been damaged by a power surge) I can not reset the dvr as it will not allow access to the programming menu. No password has been set. Does any know if there is a way of performing a hardware reset back to factory default?
