I can not get into my SAMAUNG DVR security system sdr 3100-5100 (that's what the guide book says) some how the password was changed ,and now I can not access anything! there is important footage on there that I need for a civil suit going on how can I reset password ? or how o I get into it ? oh also a button on my remote is broken (of coarse) can I do it with the mouse?
