3 connected it to my computer but i keep getting an invalid user message whe i try to connect to the viewer

1 debe haber un problema de compativilidad del sofwere que baja de samsung cuando se hace la conexion ya que solo funciona con XP , ni con Vista ni Windoes 7 logre verlo por internet, me gustaria saber si alguien sabe la solucion gracias
