Question About Samsung Flat Panel Television PCL 5415R
Color off and picture has shadow...

When I turned on my set this morning the picture has almost a double picture. The top and bottom of the screen curve towards the center and it appears that the red color is not adjusted. I tried to go in and adjust it but it would not allow me to. How can this be fixed? I am attaching a picture of the screen. Hope that helps. Thank you.
