I have a UN46EH5000. The remote does not have a me...

I have a UN46EH5000. The remote does not have a menu key. I can turn the TV on and off/and adjust volume with the remote. I can't change the channel and the number buttons don't work either. Can I buy a Universal Remote? Do I need a code?
