Mod ltp 227 W TV. Hasn't been used in a couple...

Mod ltp 227 W TV. Hasn't been used in a couple of months or more, but very little overall use. It won't turn on. Is there something like a power saving mode after it hasn't been used for so long? If so how do I "un do?' Any other thoughts? Thanks.
