5 The blinking red lights are a code. Unfortunately, unless you're knowledgeable about electronics yourself, it seems like you're going to need to take it to be services. For your model of television, blinking red lights tend to signify internal problems with the mainboard and connections. 9 red blinks unfortunately usually means replacement of some of the electronics inside. It could mean a new deflection board or it could just mean replacing some of the resistors inside. Either way, a technician would have to do it. There's no cheap fix unfortunately.
