Please can you help? We live in Spain and are having problems getting our Samsung mended. We bought this at Christmas and are very pleased with it but it keeps on turning itself off. Sometimes 4 to 5 times during the evening. We have checked the timer, etc and this is all OK. The engineer over here wants to take it away and says it will take 2 months to find out whats wrong. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance. Its the 37" model not the 40"!
