the tv is on and hearing the voice when watching…

for Samsung Flat Panel Television LA40B550K1R

the tv is on and hearing the voice when watching movie but i dont see the picture is jst black screen so what is the problem of my tv. I've realise when i take flsh light and move closer to the screen i can see the dark picture on my screen, i saw this when i switched mobile phone close to the screen and it was dark, so i dont knw y no light on my screen so i can see the picture,,u help me out what is this proble and how to deal with it ????? pls quickly !!
