Question About Samsung Flat Panel Television HLP4674W HLP4674W

We can't find our manual and we are trying to replace the bulb. We took the ONE screw off as a repair shop directed, but still the cabinet will not come loose in order to put the new bulb in. We don't want to force the cabinet open and break it.
