HL-R5678W three LEDs flashing after installing new color wheel. No picture. The color wheel was replaced for the same reason. Same symptoms: starting high pitch, restarts (like restarting color wheel), green LED flashes, then all three LEDs start flashing. Prior to replacing the color wheel, I could POWER ON the TV right after the three LEDs started flashing and the picture would come on. Picture quality was excellent and no noise from the color wheel after picture came on.
