white strobing appears on screen after 1 hr 20 min of tv being on. shut tv down problems goes away and comes back. replaced bulb stil doing same anyone have a solution?

0 tv picture is good,color great white flickering still going on after 1hr 20 wonering if i should replace color wheel. tv has low whining noise when turned on.does anyone have directions on rpl balast. I have seen the color wheel video just trying to figure out if its the color wheel or ballast

0 I have the same problem with mine, white strobing, what is the problem and how is it fixed, its just irritating
