3 lights blinking indicating bad bulb. replaced it with two new ones still 3 lights blinking no picture

0 no picture. Cycles through the following a fe tiemes: -middle green light flashing -Standby red -shuts off -immediately turns back on then all 3 lights start flashing - then after 2 minutes fan stops
