Every time it's powered off the settings get reset back to a "default" setting. A good example is changing the blue led light to power all the time. It will turn off when when powered down, but no matter which setting is selected it always resets to always on. This only one example of 5 other settings that are reset every time. Any wisdom as to what the problem is?
