Question About Samsung Projection Television None
TV Turns off by itself...

TV turns off after a about 15 second and the standby//temp, timer and lamp light all blink. You can restart the TV but it goes right off again. This has happened before but we somehow "fixed it" thanks

0 i have the same dilemma with my HL-R5656W. Replaced the bulb about 4 months ago and it has been fine. Recently the TV started turning off after about 10-15 seconds and all of the lights blink. The bulb is going on for that short time, then it goes off. I need to unplug the TV to stop the lights. I know the bulb is the standard fix, but it seems too soon and the bulb does go on, even if briefly. I do not hear a loud whining, so I am hesitant to assume the color wheel is bad. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

0 I have the same TV not quite 2 years old. My TV will just randomly swith off. I wait about 10 seconds and turn it back on. Somtimes it will do this 10 times in an hour. Any tips would be great. I'm pulling my hair out. Thanks.
