Tv won't turn on...

Tv stuck in standby I have a sp67l6hd rear projection tv 60". When I turn my tv on the lamp comes on for 30sec then there is a small click and it cuts off then comes on for 30sec and the a small click and turns off and just keeps doing that over and over.
