My phone number is the main line to the company I work for, unfortunately I will need to transfer my calls up to our visitors centre for the next couple of days. My manual says I need to push 601 to divert the calls, both interanally and externally to an extension of my choice. This divertion is working internally but not externally. Can this be done without a technician coming in?
