In the center of my Samsung Smart tv there is an icon of a grey circle divided into quarters, which flash a blue light sequentially in a clockwise direction. This problem occurred as the recording space approached full. I cannot access the Guide, Channel Up and Down, etc. On my Harmony 650 remote only volume and mute buttons work. I can't access Menu to remove any tapings. For the longest time a message said the tv was organizing tapings according to date but it seems stuck.
