TV Screen shows faint "Moire" spiderweb-like artif...

TV Screen shows faint "Moire" spiderweb-like artifacts when live pix are on. Cartoons, and other "hard" pcs do not show this anomaly. No external adjustments on this model. All colors are O.K.
