I just bought a used but in good condition Blu-ray player with surround sound ( ht-c5500)and for some reason the original remote (bn59-01041a) will not communicate with it. I have replaced batteries and checked to make sure infra red signal is being sent but I can not use remote with Blu-ray player. Do I need to reprogram it and if so how? Thankyou, Craig
