Tv takes up to 2 minutes to show anything on screen when switched on. Usually blue screen first and then picture. Speakers make a 'brrrr' sound that intensifies with picture change. At times the screen flickers like a very strong magnet has been placed next to it. (This has never been done). The screen then is normal for a few seconds and the noise comes back.
