DVD's won't play. A round RED circle comes up in the upper right hand corner of the screen w/a red slash thru it. I have the original remote & a generic remote so I can use either remote to operate this. There is only a very old TV on this system as it is only used to view VCR (yse! I have a dozen!) & DVD's.
