I'm trying to rescan for all my digital channels. ...

I'm trying to rescan for all my digital channels. So far its only scanned two after the thousands of times I've tried. I even went and bought an amplified indoor antennae. So what do i need to do now. I've been at this at least 3days now. I've just been following the directions of you guys when i call customer service.
