when attempting to start a DVD the message"region code error" appears. I cannot start the DVD. What does this mean,

0 if its coming up with region code error you are playing the wrong region have a look on the dvd case and there is a squashed world icon with a number in it if you are in england we are region 2 if your dvd has a 1 then you nee a multi region dvd player if it is a digital copy then you would need to download it on your computer first hope this helps
