when you turn on the cc, you cannot arrow down to ...

when you turn on the cc, you cannot arrow down to advanced settings to set text size. will only highlight on and off cc and analog caption. cannot arrrow to any other adjustments. want to set cc to work on mute only, cannot find setting to do this.
