When I tried to bring up the menu screen, the player froze in the play mode. Nothing works now. I tried to unplug and plug back in to reset to no avail. Now the disc (which is rented) will not eject. No buttons on the remote or on the player itself are responding. Is there another way to reset it? I have the manual, but it isn't helpful for this situation.
