I bought a Sanyo DVR-S300 in February and connected it up to my Virgin digi box (not V+) It worked fine until about a month ago when it lost the channel. I'm trying to get it repaired or replaced (bought from amazon marketplace and getting conflicting instructions) but could it be a problem I can fix? I've tried both the auto channel selection and manual and just get snow - sometimes coloured snow but still snow! Thanks

0 This was my original request. Solved in the end by the Virgin engineer. Problem was neither the DVR or the cable box, but purely a matter of having to select the correct source. Why this was needed 6 months after installation and not back in February is anyone's guess but the Virgin guy says it happens a lot! Cheers
