Question About Sanyo DVD Recorder None

I can tune all channels both automatically and manually and all show on TV screen OK. However, channel 7 has no sound. On switching to channel 7, the on-screen station ID shows "mono" sound. All other channels show "stereo" and their audio is OK. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
