dvd door will not open...

door will no open. has no opened since bought. Is thate a manual lock for shipping.

0 Same as other complaint, my disc door opened reluctantly from the start - now will not open at all. Help

0 i had to take it a part and play a round with it took the dvd player out an plad a round with it and it works now
