Question About Sanyo Flat Panel Television HT30746
Pink Picture...

I turned on the TV and the entire picture was pink. Then the picture itself started fading away. Have you heard of this before?

0 I had the same problem, and narrowed it down to the CRT driver IC, mounted on the circuit board that is attached to the rear of the picture tube. The part # for this IC is LM2423TE. Unforntunately I couldn't find one anywhere, but Digikey had the LM2422TE, which is a higher frequency unit . I ordered it in, replaced the one on the TV, and perfect picture.

0 Thanks for the info. I ended up ponding the TV off on someone else and ended up buying a Visio. Thanks again.
