I had to replace the remote with a universal remote. The universal remote operates the TV with no problems, however, I can't seem to turn off the CLOSE CAPTION! I have done everything to fix the problem and had a tech come out and he couldn't do it either. I can access the menu however, this is where the problem begins and ends! I can access the menu but I don't have the capabilities to move up and down the menu to turn off the CAPTIONS. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Any advice would be most Appreciated! Stephanie
