I was watching TV tonight, and all of the sudden the picture goes black, but I could still hear the audio. I thought maybe the satellite lost signal, so I waited a few minutes, but nothing happened, so I reset the satellite box. No change once it rebooted. So I got the owner's manual (if you can call it that) that came with my TV and reset it via the remote instructions. No change. I called Tech Support but it will be tomorrow before they call me back. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
