when i turn on the tv only a rainbow vertical colo...

when i turn on the tv only a rainbow vertical color line is showing up. when i click the menu or setup it does not show anything. what would be the solution to this problems?

5 What has happened is your picture chip may have gone out the symptoms you are describing is what happens when it does. Another thing you can try but it will not be a long fix is if you have hdmi try tapping on it where you would plug in the hdmi chord this may bring the picture back for Atleast a little bit
